Our wedding planning packages are made in tiers to fit your budget and your needs. These packages are guide's to begin creating your own unique wedding. If you have something in mind, please dont hesitate to share.

Décor Coordinator: starting at $425

“You have done over and beyond, now RELAX and enjoy your day”

This package is meant for those who have planned everything and just need someone to set it all up.  The coordinator will arrive on the morning of the wedding and prep venue space using the diagram or information provided by the client, BTD staff will set up all rentals and any other provided décor as directed or previously talked about with coordinator.

  • Free Delivery/Pick up of rentals- if needed

  • Free set-up  including all other décor with an artistic eye

  •  Clean-up of Venue.

Day-of Event Coordination: starting at $1200

“No-Stress in the Dress”

  • This Package is Your Ideas and Your planning

  • Free Delivery/Pick up of Rentals if needed

  • Free Set-up of Rentals Including all Other Décor for Ceremony and Reception

  • This Entitles you to an Initial Consultation, 30 Day Follow-up  and a Two Week Follow up with Your Coordinator.

  • In the Weeks Before, You Will Design and Coordinate Ceremony and/or Reception Timelines with Your Event Coordinator and Discuss Floor Plans

  • This Price Includes One Hour for Ceremony Rehearsal The Night Before Your Wedding , Wedding Day Ceremony & Reception, and Clean-up of Venue to Ensure that Any Deposit You May Have Left is Returned

All rental equipment, catering, bar service, staffing, and floral are additional cost not included in this pricing

Full Reception Planning: starting at $1800

“Party and ENJOY, we’ll do the rest!”

  • Full Planning and Execution of Your Reception (ceremony and rehearsal not included in this price).

  • Schedule and View Venue- Site Visits

  • Unlimited Communication- Emails, Phone Calls, & Meetings

  • Rain Day Back-Up Plan

  • Mock Table Scape

  • Your Event Coordinator will create floor plans and reception timelines.

  • Clean up of Venue to Ensure Your Deposit Return if Any

  • Free Delivery, Set up, and Tear Down of all Rental Equipment

  • This Package includes the Ideas and Knowledge of our team- Some people do not know where to start, what looks good, what will fit in particular spaces…We Do – Let us Help.

 Full-scale Event Planning: starting at $3500

  • Selection of Save the Dates, Invitations, and Thank You Cards

  • Rain Day Back-Up Plan

  • We will assit with Tracking your RSVP’s to Ensure an Accurate Head Count

  • Discuss Hotel Room Blocks

  • Discuss Transportation Arrangements

  • Full Ceremony and Reception Décor Ideas

  • Full Set up of  Reception

  • Timelines for Both Ceremony and Reception

  • Clean up of Venue to Ensure your Deposit Return if Any

  • This is the ultimate in packages for brides that might not be a creative type, or are just plain busy with all the other wonders of being engaged and this package alleviates a lot of that leg work!

"Design & Decor ONLY!" - starting at $500

This package is for the bride or event host who has many of her services already planned, but needs assistance with design and decoration for the venue.

We will provide: for up to 100 guest

  • Table Linen

  • Centerpieces

  • Chair Covers & Sashes

  • Centerpieces

  • Table Supplies (Plates, Napkins, Cups and Forks) *cups are plastic unless require glass. additional price for glass

  • All Things for Your Table!!!
